IntelaDEX built the IntelaDEX™ platform on a simple principle: your privacy is not for sale. We do not collect, track, sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, for any purpose. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly how we treat the limited data the service touches.

We do not collect or sell your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not run third-party trackers or analytics that follow you around the web, and we never share or trade your data with data brokers, advertisers, or other companies.

When you scan a token, the contract address is used only to fetch live public market data and generate your rating. We do not tie your scans to a marketing profile.

If you create an account, we store the email and credentials needed to sign you in and the subscription tier required to deliver the features you pay for. If you contact us through the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you submit so we can reply to you. That information is used solely to operate the service and respond to you — never sold, never shared for marketing.

Subscription payments are made in cryptocurrency (SOL or USDC) on the Solana network, sent directly to our platform wallet. We do not collect or store card, bank or wallet credentials. To activate your plan we only record the public transaction signature you submit and the plan you purchased.

The limited data described above is used only to: authenticate you, deliver the features of your plan, keep the platform secure, and respond to your questions. We do not use it for anything else.

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by emailing us. Because we do not sell or share your information, there is nothing to opt out of with third parties.
